How do I reset my student portal password?

If you've forgotten your password, go to the Student Login page and click on "Lost Password". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset it.

Can I upgrade from an online course to an offline classroom?

Yes! Many students prefer to switch to offline coaching. You can contact our helpline or visit the Mathura Head Office to pay the difference in fee and securely migrate your batch to the physical classroom.

I purchased a Test Series but it's not showing in my dashboard.

Test series activation usually takes 5-10 minutes after a successful transaction. If it has been longer than an hour, please WhatsApp your Order ID and Registered Email to our support number, and we will manually sync your account.

How can I submit my Mains answer copies for evaluation?

If you are enrolled in a Mains Test Series, you will find an "Upload Copy" button next to the specific test in your dashboard. Scan your answers as a single PDF and upload it there. Evaluations take 3-5 working days.
